Traffic Kings TM Hub processes personal data to operate the platform: account details, professional profiles, job applications, shift records, messages and uploaded evidence.

Location data is collected only at clock-in and clock-out, with the worker's device permission, to help verify site attendance. It is shared with the company running that job.

We never sell personal data. Profile information is visible to registered companies for recruitment purposes. Contact details are shared between parties only in the context of applications and messages.

Data is stored securely and access is restricted by account role. You may request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting the team.

Authentication uses secure, httpOnly session cookies. Passwords are stored only as salted bcrypt hashes.
